Spanish freelance photographer and journalist based in India. Graduate in Journalism by UCM (Spain) and studying photography in the mean time, she worked for a year as an intern in the photography department of Tiempo, Spanish weekly general news magazine. In 2013 she decided to move to India to pursuit a career as a freelancer. Since then she has worked in different stories about health care, the eradication of polio in India in 2014-2015, and women right´s violations.

For the last one year she is focusing in trafficking in an in-deep photography project that tries to document the trade of women with the propose of forced marriage: women and girls (many times minors) who are sold as brides from some states to others in India.

As a writer, she is a frequent contributor to El Confidencial and Público, Spanish Media. Her photography work has been published in The Wall Street Journal, CNNPhotos, Narrative.ly, El Mundo, Tiempo, and El Periódico de Catalunya among others. 

She attended the Eddie Adams Workshop XXVIII and was nominated for the Joop Swart Masterclass in 2015.
